COURSES - Life Balance

Introduction to Life Balance (ILB) Book course

Programme Overview

The Introduction to Life Balance (ILB) course is a practical programme designed to give you an insight into what it takes to live a well balanced life.

The ability to lead a well balanced life does not happen by accident but comes as a result of knowledge, planning, goal/intention setting and guidance from a qualified life balance coach.

The ILB Course will provide you with:

  • Knowledge of the 5 aspects that influence your life (sometimes referred to as the 5 tracks of wealth) and how to keep these aspects in balance
  • An experienced Life Balance Coach to guide you through the planning process
  • Course resources and templates
  • Flexibility – The ILB course is part-time and can fit around your business/work and life schedules.

Programme Content

The ILB consists of the following 4 modules:

Circle of Life
The main purpose of this module is to give participants a new perspective on life and on the factors that influence life balance. Participants will examine the 6 basic human needs and the strength of each need in their own life. They will analyse the 5 aspects that influence life balance and begin to plan a regular daily time spot (The Power Hour) for addressing their own life's imbalance.

Spiritual & Social Aspects
In this module we focus on the 1st two aspects of life balance where participants expand their understanding of the meaning of life, the purpose of their own life and the most valuable people (MVPs) in their life.

Financial Aspect
The 3rd aspect of a balanced life gives participants the opportunity to examine their own attitude to financial prosperity and to understand the process required to achieve absolute financial freedom. This module focuses on understanding the power of the mind in achieving financial success.

Mental & Physical Aspects
The last two aspects that make up a balanced life are mental and physical. Participants will learn the importance of achieving balance in these areas and the influence they have on the other three aspects of life.
